Sales and Marketing:

CoreEL’s marketing strategy has been to work seamlessly as an extension of the customer’s team and thus be available at all times with the right solutions. Sales are managed locally in the US, Europe and APAC with our local sales representatives to help with customer requests. Our long standing partnerships with several technological companies have helped us get a better insight into the industry trends and access to a wealth of information that has helped us boost our visibility in the market. Our partnerships have further enhanced our reputation as a service provider and a vendor of choice.

Our sales force has been well spread out across the various business domains that we cater to, thus capitalizing on their specialized industry skills. The objective of the team has been to always understand the client requirements correctly, assimilate them, provide them with the right solutions and ensure the best client service experience. Driving smooth service delivery at all times and ensuring customer loyalty is a priority. All sales associates are equipped to handle various geographies and demographics

Client Relationship Management :

CoreEL has established a model for client relationship management to help us improve our sales support program and strategies. We believe that great relationships begin with effective listening and acting appropriately. We value customer feedback and thoughts and consider them as valuable inputs while designing our products. If need be we work round the clock to meet the client requirements on time.

Engineering:

Our teams of well qualified and experienced engineers have proven capabilities in the niche segment of system design services. Increasing costs of new product development and economic patterns in the industry have deterred many from investing wisely in R&D. CoreEL at the same time has worked towards continuously enhancing the employees skill sets to aid in developing world class solutions and building a portfolio of technical IP’s like none else.

With its training division “ Sandeepani “ continuously churning out trained engineers, CoreEL has the ability to ramp up resources on projects even on short notices. The senior management and project management teams are well qualified and experienced in leading several challenging designs to completion on a record time beyond customer satisfaction.

The engineers have the necessary experience in implementing projects in the various domains that we cater to in Telecom & Wireless, Defense & Aerospace, Video & Broadcasting, Control & Automation and Semiconductors.

Distribution Team Capabilities:

Our strategic partnerships with technological companies have helped us serve our domestic customers with complete range of solutions in the EDA, Semiconductor, Security and Surveillance space. These teams are dedicated to their respective businesses and work seamlessly with our principals to offer right solutions and timely support. All the Field Application Engineers are factory trained by our Principals.
